Producers from Normandy
We are 3 partner farmer-distillers. We started Normandie Arômes more than 25 years ago. We produce 14 different aromatic and medicinal plants on nearly 450 hectares. Each year we distil nearly 45 tons of essential oil. Since 2020, some of our fields have been certified Organic Agriculture.

Our commitments to quality
An environmentally responsible production
For Normandie Arômes, it is essential to respect the environment. Our expertise allows us to be as precise as possible in our use of inputs. Our farms are HVE level 3 certified and some are organic certified.
A control of the distillation process
We distil freshly cut plants to obtain the full composition of the oils. Our process is steam distillation, with a distillation time adapted to each plant, giving high quality chemotyped essential oils.
100% French quality oils
We grow and harvest all our own aromatic plants, then extract our essential oils in our own distillery in Normandy. Every year we carry out trials and select the cultivars we grow.
Traceability at every step
Each batch is analysed by gas chromatography in an independent laboratory. We conform to the European Pharmacopoeia and provide all the regulatory documents you need: technical data sheet, SDS, certificate of analysis, allergens.

HVE Niveau 3
Our farms are HVE level 3 certified, the most demanding level of French environmental certification.
Organic Farming
Since 2020, part of our fields are organic certified: 8 of our essential oils are available in organic quality.
EcoVadis Bronze
EcoVadis Bronze CSR rating, Top 35%, obtained in November 2025: environment, labour, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Our oils and hydrosols go into demanding formulations, each with its own regulatory constraints. We supply the raw material and the full documentation that comes with it.
Perfumery
Green, herbaceous and woody notes grown and distilled in Normandy, supplied with their IFRA certificate and allergen declaration.
Cosmetics
Essential oils and hydrosols compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009: INCI name, quantified allergens and traceability down to the field.
Aromatherapy
Chemotyped oils, 100% pure and natural, analysed batch by batch in an independent laboratory. 8 of our 14 oils are available organic.
Pharmaceutical
Oils meeting European Pharmacopoeia standards, consistent quality from one season to the next, and an up-to-date data sheet and SDS for every reference.
