Several chromatographic profiles available. We grow several spearmint varieties.

Dominant profile :

  • Ketones: Menthone (10.7%), Carvone (34%)
  • Monoterpenes: Limonene (5.5%)
  • Monoterpenols: Menthol (11%)
  • Sesquiterpenes: Germacrene D (6%)
  • Many minority components balance this essential oil.
